Patrice Bouchardon part d'une idée ancienne, selon laquelle le temps passé avec un arbre particulier modifie notre état intérieur, pour en faire une expérience concrète : exercices de marche et de respiration, façons de décrypter la nature de différentes espèces, notes sur les huiles essentielles d'arbres et une méthode douce pour utiliser tout cela afin de penser plus clairement. C'est un ouvrage sans précipitation, empreint d'un certain mysticisme, et c'est un compliment.

US orders over $50 ship free by USPS. Under that, USPS Priority is calculated at checkout, usually around $8. Every order leaves our studio in Portland, Oregon within 2 to 3 business days, with a tracking number by email.
International orders ship USPS or DHL at the rate shown at checkout; duties and import taxes are the recipient's. Printables and downloads arrive by email the moment you check out.
