Where orders ship from

Every physical order ships from our studio in Portland, Oregon. We pack each order ourselves, and we pack carefully.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. If anything delays your order, we'll email you before you have to wonder.

Rates and carriers

Domestic orders ship USPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International orders ship USPS or DHL Express, also calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipping label is printed. You can also check your order anytime from the Track Your Order page.

Digital downloads

Printables, art prints, and other digital goods are delivered instantly by email after checkout. Nothing ships.
