Where your order ships from
Every physical order ships from our studio in Portland, Oregon. We pack each order ourselves, and we pack carefully. No warehouses, no third parties, just us and a roll of good paper.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, and if anything ever delays your order, we'll email you before you have to wonder.
Shipping rates and carriers
Domestic orders ship USPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International orders ship USPS or DHL Express, also calculated at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your label is printed. You can also check your order anytime from the Track Your Order page.
Digital downloads
Printables, art prints, and other digital goods are delivered instantly by email after checkout. Nothing ships, nothing waits.
