Minty Hot Cocoa Tin, Milk Chocolate Mint
The first cold night of the year calls for a mug of this. Moonstruck's milk chocolate hot cocoa, made with Dutch process cocoa and brightened with mint. Stir four tablespoons into a mug of hot milk, or hot water if that is what you have, and put your feet up.
The tin is mint green and speckled like the bars, with a lid that closes tight, and it is nice enough to keep on the shelf once it is empty.
Moonstruck started as a Portland chocolate house in 1993, and the tins still carry the city on the label, along with the little speckled night sky the company is named for.
9.5 oz tin, about eight mugs. Keeps up to 18 months somewhere cool and dry; do not refrigerate. Made on shared equipment that also handles milk, egg, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
