Return Policy

The short version

If you're not happy with something you bought, send it back within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the cost of the item. We'd rather you love what you own.

How returns work

Email us at ben@mossandfog.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items should come back in their original condition and packaging. Once your return arrives, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs aren't refunded, and return postage is up to you.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, that's on us. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. No need to send anything back until we've talked.

Made to order items

Some of our goods, like Campgrounder merch, are printed to order just for you. Because they don't exist until you order them, they can't be returned for a change of mind or sizing. If one arrives with any kind of flaw, send us a photo and we'll remake it or refund you in full.

Digital downloads

Because digital files can't be returned, all sales of printables and downloads are final. That said, if a file won't open, won't print right, or isn't what you expected, email us. We'll make it right.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
