The World Atlas of Coffee, 3rd Edition
If you know someone who weighs their coffee beans, they have probably heard of James Hoffmann. His World Atlas of Coffee is the standard reference: where coffee grows, how it is picked and processed, how it is roasted, and how to brew it well.
This third edition is fully revised, with more than 35 producing countries, newer origins like Japan and Puerto Rico, and new chapters on decaffeination and brewing. It is thorough without ever being dry.
Hardcover, 288 pages, by James Hoffmann.
